Up until my 20’s, life was a rollercoaster of ups and downs …

I was an overweight child and bullied to the nth degree. Then, as a young teen, I found myself underweight and undernourished due to an unhealthy relationship with food. From here it went from bad to worse - a decade on the pill, a long list of jobs, anxiety, a near fatal boob job, oh & Kate Moss was #bodygoals at the time (yet 2 min noodles were my staple diet). All of this before my 21st birthday!

A way in which I could improve the way I felt with no negative side effects to my physical, mental and emotional health. I was obsessed and spent the next few years in my element helping women all over the world feel the same. I finally had it figured out, until I didn’t …

I became a Mum at the very peak of my confidence …

At 25 years of age, nothing could prepare me for the post-partum soup that I found myself swimming in - a potent blend of sleep deprivation, raging hormones, permanent damage to my pelvic floor, judgement, criticism, body dysmorphia, mum guilt, relationship tension and an overnight identity shift. I felt broken and despite practising what I preached, no amount of polished outfits could fix me. So I turned to food & fitness and ultimately, found the missing piece to the puzzle.
