    For all of my 28 years I have really struggled to retain much information when it came to researching nutrition. I have a short attention span and get bored really easily and to top it off my work days are long and tiresome leaving me little time.

    I’ve been a huge fan of Elisha’s for some time now and follow her on social media. I was so excited when this guide in particular was being created and couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. It was so worth the wait. I love how interactive the guide is and how it really got me thinking about my bad habits and the good habits I wanted to create.

    The guide is so easy to read and is very well explained. The photography through out is eye catching and I’m really excited to keep utilising the guide and experimenting what does and doesn’t work for me. It has really kicked me in the right direction.

    What a awesome explosion of information! I completely enjoyed #myepicself nutrition guide. Re-education on where food starts – what is does to our body and why we are actually eating it … Not just to diet and loose weight, I’m going to be the healthiest version on myself I can be. #myepicself has changed my perspective on food and my approach with serving it to my young family. They are all loving the changes I’m making to our menu.
    After reading this guide my shopping list instantly changed and I was so excited to get started ! I love the healthy snack ideas and substitutes it’s been working so well. Thank you so much for this amazing knowledge base I’m going to be using my guide for a long time to come.

    I love Elisha’s approach to nutrition, acknowledging that a one size fits all approach isn’t going to work. This guide is jam packed with information, in a really easy to read and understand format. The photos are really catching and keeping you reading – but don’t worry – it’s not one of those guides just full of photos. As someone who is pretty well educated on health and nutrition I even learnt a lot from this guide, so it is definitely suited to everyone! Well Done Elisha on a fantastic guide!

    Wow this is fantastic! It is packed full of great nutrition info and great tips that is layed out in an easy to ready format with bold beautiful pictures too. I always thought I had a pretty good understanding of nutrition and exercise but after reading Elisha’s guide I have released there is so much more to it all than I thought and it has renewed my motivation to continue my journey to become #myepicself. A great guide for anyone to kickstart a new healthier happier lifestyle xx
