When it comes to online exercise programs, we are spoilt for choice these days however few of these programs actually take into account your individual needs – how to make the most of your time, any limitations, the equipment you have on hand and any modifications that you might need to make for various reasons. This is where I come in …

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Your Personalised PT Program kicks off with –

  • Your Application. Click ‘Apply Now’ at the bottom of this page to fill in your application form. This form includes personal information that will help me determine your current health status and if you are eligible to train in an online format. 

Once your application has been accepted, we’ll transform the way you exercise with –

  • A program that’s easy to understand and reflects your own individual needs & goals. 
  • Exercise videos which demonstrate how to do each exercise with correct form to avoid injury. 
  • A session form where you will document your progress, the weights you used and the number of reps/ sets you performed to ensure you are always improving. 
  • Discounted 1:1 Coaching which includes 24/7 accountability, exercise education + the opportunity to ask me anything related to Fashion, Nutrition & Wellbeing which will sky-rocket your transformation.

FAQS

Can anyone apply for a Personalised PT Program?

Yes, absolutely though not every applicant is accepted. If your application considers you to be “high risk”, unfortunately training in an online format is not recommended due to potential injury/ health concerns.

All applicants are advised though if their application has been successful or not. Further to this, referrals to an appropriate Allied Health Professional can be written before we create your program if need be.

How long can I use each Personalised PT Program?

How long you choose to do each program depends on your personal preferences when it comes to exercise and how quickly you get bored. This is completely up to you!

You can choose 1x Full Body Program and do it 2-3 times a week, in which case you can use the same program for up to 1 month before re-assessing or you might choose to do 1x Full Body Program and do it 2-3 times a week but change the entire program either weekly or fortnightly to keep things fresh & exciting.

Is each program a full body workout?

Your Personalised PT Program will be created based on your individual fitness goals which we’ll discuss before creating your program.

If you’re new to exercise and just wanting to improve your health & bone density, then 1x Full Body PT Program is advised, otherwise if you have a more specific fitness goal or think you’d prefer a split program (upper body, lower body, full body etc.), then you’ll require 2-3 Split PT Programs.

You can also start with 1x Full Body and progress to Split Programs as you progress.

Do you create home or gym programs?

Both. I promote low impact/ high sweat home workouts as this is where my passion lies however I am a qualified Personal Trainer with experience in both home and gym training.

How long are the workouts?

The duration of each workout is determined by your application form. As part of your application, you’ll be asked how long you can dedicate to each workout and your Personalised PT Program will be created based on this.

Do Personalised PT Programs include accountability coaching?

Unfortunately, Personalised PT Programs do not include 1:1 Accountability.
Please check out my 1:1 Coaching service if you’d like a little extra support & accountability to ensure you achieve your health & fitness goals.

How will I know what exercise to do every other day of the week?

Each Personalised PT Program includes a weekly calendar and recommendations on what you should do each week to achieve your health & fitness goals.
This may include cardio, strength training, group PT & stretching plus adequate rest days to aid in recovery.

How will I know how to do the exercises you choose?

All new exercises will include a short video demonstration which explains how to perform the exercise with correct form and what you’ll need to focus on throughout the exercise to activate the appropriate muscles and avoid any potential injuries.

How do I receive the program?

Your Personalised PT Program is sent conveniently online via email in .pdf format.
Exercise demonstrations are sent via Voxer so you can ask questions and receive an instant reply!

How much does a Personalised PT Program cost?

This service is an upfront payment of $45 AUD per Personalised PT Program. Payment plans are available upon request though the total cost for each program does increase slightly due to processing fees.
