NOTES –  SERVE AS AN ENTREE OR AS A MAIN WITH A SIDE SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 15-20 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • sea salt & black pepper

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients (expect the chicken wings) to make the marinade. Add the chicken wings and mix to coat each wing well.
  2. Cover and refridgerate for at least 1HR or overnight if time permits.
  3. Preheat oven to 190° and add the chicken wings to a baking dish.
  4. Cook for 35mins or until golden brown. Season with salt & pepper and enjoy!
